Online checkin an hour. Showed up and in shop while display showed on deck. On deck changed to 15 minutes. Waited half hour, then got cancelled text while still in shop. Told attendant, reset to 1:05. What is the use of online check-in if it doesn’t work?? Waited almost 2 hrs when said appt time was 15 minutes. First and last time here. Finally left

Why have an online check-in if it doesn’t work. Checked in online at 450pm. The recommended time of arrival was 523pm. I arrived at 516pm and was 4th In line with an estimated time of haircut at 47 minutes! Whaaaat? All you are doing is frustrating clients. I’m am a regular every 4 weeks but I am so frustrated right now, I am considering looking elsewhere.

Best Service I have ever had at a salon. I got the MVP and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this Sport Clips.
