I went here to get my hair TRIMMED up. School made me. The lady told me she would keep it long and looking good. She proceeded to cut almost all of it off. I feel like she knew what she was doing. All I could do was shed a tear inside, thank her and pay her. I paid her to mess me up. I walked out of their wanting to cry. I immediately got flamed by friends. I have never been messed up this bad. Good thing I had a hat. I pray on this places downfall. I have not had a female interaction since. I feel like this is a dream. I went from nice lengthy hair to looking like I was in 4th grade. I advise all men to stay away. Please for the love of god stay away. I am in tears writing this. I wish this upon no person. This plane needs to be shut down asap. No amount of money could fix my hair. I need to seek throughly with revenge.

I still stand behind my comments from earlier. Mark, the owner reached out to me. It was an extremely positive conversation. He is looking to make right what was done. I am appreciative of his tone and willingness to own up to what happened. I have been going to this store since I moved into this area 3 years ago. I checked in their mobile app, like I always do. I had roughly a 45 minute wait (no problem). I arrive at the store and check in 5 minutes before (like their app recommends). I walk in and their board lists over an hour wait . There was zero communication on the app that my time had changed. I ask why does the board contradict the app. I was told that technology is only good when it works. Then I?m given the speech about about being short handed. (Which I understand). Then I?m a condescending tone I?m asked if my stylist should skip lunch. (If the store opens at 9?0 why is someone taking lunch at 11?0 with haircuts on the board). I make the statement that the operation is jacked up. The stylist then tells me I?m jacked up. When I say excuse me, she walks back her comment and apologizes. I?m not sure why the store is being allowed to operate like this. I?ve never ever been treated like this before. Sport Clips has lost a customer in me and my family (I have 4 boys). I know the loss of my business won?t have an effect on their bottom line. But don?t trust the app and don?t question the stylist when you ask why the board and app are different.
